the low down is a sect that remains both known and completely unknown by society; it offers a safe haven for humans and demons alike without threat and offers martial arts/qi training. this sect is known for its violent treatment of enemies and only that, other details remain a mystery. the low down's ultimate goal is to protect the weak from injustice. the low down supports and funds businesses under its name without argument or question. it is a place without an official hierarchy, but the founder, lee jaha, is noticed and fully respected as the sect leader. the low down is noticed as an official martial arts sect in the world, and its main area of residence is a small town known as ilyang prefecture. every area under the low down name is communicated with frequently.

laws within the sect

the low down prohibits infighting and discrimination between demons and humans. the consumption of live humans is strictly forbidden, however all death is contributed towards demonic appetite. demon slayers may not enter without an official escort due to the concern of them harming citizens of the low down. mistreatment of small time workers (ie. errand boys) is one thing specifically focused on and is punishable by death due to the sect leaders temper. it is also made a point that everything is the sect leaders fault. issues are to be named as the sect leaders fault && anyone requesting the sect leader, especially if with violent intentions, is to be led directly to him. the sect leader is to protect the low down, never the other way around.
